sending xbox in for repair, disk stuck within?

the transmission eject isn't working and the disk drive is what is broken, making a loud clicking noise when I try to eject information technology. Is information technology fine to send it in with the deejay within and maybe the case for the disk besides or what should I practise?

alright just did that, do they care or volition they only throw the disk out or some shit?

Dude there's a fashion to manually eject with a paper prune..it pushes the disc out, had to practice it with my Xbox one that didn't turn on at all before I sent it in

Why non enquire the person you lot're sending the XBox to for repairs?

sending it in to microsoft on the manufacturers warranty, didn't talk to anyone

A note in the box does work, simply just to exist condom, ship an email with your situation and order number to xbox support. I did this with my 360, and they send it back in a generic green case, like they just took the sleeve out of a new game.

I had a similar consequence with my 360, when I sent information technology in Microsoft sent it back with the disk in a sleeve without me even mentioning information technology. This was a few years ago but I don't imagine they would exercise any different.
